We understand that customers may change their minds about their purchases. Therefore, we kindly request that you notify us in writing of any changes needed immediately upon receiving the item. We recognize that they may not fit as expected. Please inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your hat.
To clarify, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
– Purchases made online
– Purchases made through pre-order sales
– Purchases made in person (except under specific conditions)
We do allow returns or exchanges for “same-day purchases.” If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must request it on the same day of purchase. Additionally, onsite purchases are eligible for returns or exchanges only within 2 hours of the purchase time.
